At Lucia Hope, we believe sustainability and healing are strengthened through collaboration. That’s why we are proud to partner with Valley Oasis, a nonprofit organization based in Lancaster, CA, dedicated to eliminating domestic violence, homelessness, and trauma. Together, we are expanding coverage of their existing services and co‑creating new pathways of support for individuals and families in our local area.

Who Valley Oasis Is

Valley Oasis is a community‑based nonprofit that provides comprehensive services for survivors of domestic violence, individuals experiencing homelessness, and those impacted by trauma. They serve men, women, children, emancipated minors, and LGBTQ+ individuals across all backgrounds.

Their mission is to restore dignity, safety, and independence through shelter, supportive services, and prevention programs.

Valley Oasis Programs

Domestic Violence Shelter

• 24‑hour emergency shelter with a 65‑bed capacity.

• Safe housing for men, women, and children of all ages.

• Onsite childcare facility to support families.

Homeless & Housing Services

• Transitional housing programs such as Oasis House (2‑year program) and Steppin’ Into the Light.

• Services include therapy, counseling, parenting classes, employment assistance, and financial literacy.

• Participation in Los Angeles County’s Coordinated Entry System (CES) to connect individuals to housing resources.

Trauma Services

• Specialized care for survivors of abuse, violence, and other traumatic experiences.

• Focused on healing, stability, and long‑term recovery.

Family Housing & Legal Assistance

• Programs to help families secure stable housing.

• Legal advocacy for survivors of domestic violence and vulnerable populations.

Community Awareness & Prevention

• Education and outreach to reduce domestic violence and homelessness.

• Initiatives to engage the broader community in prevention and support.
