Rodnina Hallgren — Founder & Visionary Director
Rodnina Hallgren is the driving force behind Lucia Mother Earth (DBA Lucia Hope), bringing together decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, social enterprise, and creative entrepreneurship to build a sanctuary where healing and empowerment take root.
A strategist with a heart for service, Rodnina blends business acumen with deep compassion, designing programs that address the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Her leadership is marked by a rare ability to unite diverse partners, inspire donors, and translate bold visions into tangible, life‑changing spaces.
Guided by her belief that land can become legacy, she has championed initiatives that transform gifted properties into thriving hubs for safe housing, trauma‑informed care, education, sustainable farming, and creative expression. Her work is rooted in the conviction that survivors of domestic violence deserve more than shelter, they deserve the tools, skills, and community to rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.
